Purpose of the 2025 Whatcom County Summit on MMIWP

  • Increase visibility of missing and murdered Indigenous women and people

  • Elevate voices of survivors, families, and advocates

  • Build new partnerships and processes to improve coordination and communication

  • Identify ways to support and advocate with Tribal communities

  • Commit to action steps for systemic change and changing people
