AEquitas Attorney Advisors, Patricia D. Powers and Dalia Racine, will present a full-day training to equip prosecutors with skills and strategies to meet the justice needs of adult and adolescent victim/survivors of sexual assault through trauma-informed practices and the use of jury selection and expert testimony. Open to prosecutors, prosecution-based advocates, and prosecution-based personnel.
AEquitas' mission is to improve access to and the quality of justice in gender-based violence and human trafficking cases through an informed, practical, and innovative approach.
No cost. Lunch will be provided.
CLE credit hours are pending approval by the Washington State Bar Association.
